My bank converted my money without my permission

Occasionally, some banks might mistakenly convert the currency of your money before they send it to us.

If your bank converts your money when sending it to us, it is likely that your payment will be converted again when it reaches our account. Please note that this is beyond Xe's control. It may may result in there being a shortfall when your transfer's received. 

If this happens, you'll need to speak to your bank to inform them that they acted against your will by converting the currency.

When sending us money by bank transfer, please check your payment details carefully before confirming to ensure you haven't given permission for your bank to convert your currency.
