What can I do if my payment on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O has an error message?

If something's gone wrong, we recommend following the steps below to understand and resolve the error.

1. Firstly, check the Issues column which will provide some information about why you're receiving the error so that you can fix it
2. Once you've understand why you've experienced the error, cancel the unconfirmed contract and resubmit the payment journal
3. Alternatively, you can Exclude the payment from the contract and click Refresh to validate the quote again
