What should my cash pickup recipient do if their ID has expired?

To collect their money, your recipient must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. This is a strict requirement to keep both you and your money safe.

If your recipient’s ID is expired, they'll need to provide another example — like a passport. Their name and details must still match exactly.

If your recipient does not have a valid ID you will need to cancel this transfer.

Please note: For security purposes we can only assist you, the sender. If your recipient is unable to pick up the money, you’ll need to get in touch with us.
