How do I convert one currency balance to another?

You can move money from one currency balance to another in your Xe account.

1. From the home screen, click Convert
2. In the Convert from field, choose the currency amount you want to convert.
3. In the Convert to field, choose the currency you'd like to move this money to.
4. Review the conversion and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
5. Click Confirm and convert to convert.

Once you confirm the conversion, you’ll see the updated totals for your currency balances, and a record of the conversion, in the Completed section of your balance activity.
 

What rate will I get?

The conversion will be at the current send rate. You'll see the rate on screen before you convert a balance.
