How to set up your account in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for the Sandbox or Production environments

Please follow these steps to set up your account in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central either for the Sandbox or Production environments.

How to set up your account in Sandbox: 

1. Log in to Business Central

2. Click Environment next to the search button

3. Choose Sandbox as the environment 

4. Click on Xe Payments followed by Xe Money Transfer Settings

5. Next, create your sandbox account. Click on the Sign up link in the Your Login Details section.

6. Once you’ve registered, return to Business Central and click on the pencil icon

7. Enter the username and password you created during the sandbox registration process to sign in

8. In Environment Type, choose Sandbox 

9. In the top left-hand corner, click Save Settings

10. When the Connection successful message shows, click Close

How to set up your account in Production: 

1. Log in to Business Central

2. Click Environment next to the search button

3. Choose Production as the environment 

4. Click on Xe Payments followed by Xe Money Transfer Settings

5. Next, create your Production account. Click on the Sign up link in the Your Login Details section. This will take you to Xe’s business account registration page.

   If you already have a business account with Xe, you won't need to create a new one. Please contact us so that we can help you. 

6. Once you’ve registered, return to Business Central and click on the pencil icon

7. Enter the username and password you created during the account registration process to sign in

8. In Environment Type, choose Production 

9. In the top left-hand corner, click Save Settings

10. When the Connection successful message shows, click Close
