How to set up Xe as a payment method in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

After setting up Xe as a bank, you may need to set us up as a payment method in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. To do this, follow these simple steps or watch the video below:

1. Navigate to Accounts payable on the left-hand sidebar
2. Under Payment setup, select Methods of payment
3. Click +New
4. From this screen, ensure the following fields are as follows:
   • Method of payment: Xe
   • Account type: Bank
   • Payment account: Xe
5. Within the Xe payments section, toggle on Use as Xe Method of Payment
6. Click Save
